Day 2 of Carb deplete...

Went to workout at 5am this morning. Tough start but nice once i got in there.

400# on squats and 1200# on leg press today. Amazing that I had energy this morning. Was expecting to not do so well.

Feeling run down but slowly clearing things off of the plate for the next 2 weeks. Gonna be a rush.
