had a good road trip with kids to Honor Orchestra.
Looking forward to the new diet. starts today with new plan and renewed vengeance. Making a run for June 2011 as the next show for me. going to take a full year to bulk up then I will worry about setting the show date for good. I just want to lift, eat a bit more, feel good and stay healthy.
